A Platform for Continuous Discovery

I helped launch the Innovation Design Unit, a living lab for reimagining inpatient care. I contributed to early research, co-led workshops with staff and helped shape the agile product development model. We formalized intake pathways, built feedback loops, and prototyped care innovations like virtual nursing. The IDU opened in 2025 and now drives real-time testing and system-wide change.
