Nebraska Medicine encounters over a million patients every year. I led the design of new guest and open scheduling features within our existing mobile app to allow new and existing patients to find and book care without needing to log in, reducing friction and expanding access. We focused on urgent, primary and specialty care, meeting patients where they are and turning the app into a more inclusive front door for care.
